Gross national happiness is used as a indicator for bhutan but countries like Singapore are more obsessed on GDP.

Even our politicians salary are pegged to GDP If I am not wrong.

Of course Gross national happiness is very important but Singapore is quite stressful quite hard to be happy.

We are more materialistic too. Remmeber 5 Cs.

All my friend want I pod, Apple notebook,I pad,I phone,good hp, money,wealth ... ...

Green party also tell us to be concern abt our environment but because of Economic growth we cannot care too much on environment.

But still gt care a bit on environment lah, no CFC frigde now.

Now comapnies researching green car and green energy.

Solar pannels and wind energy for example are also being researched.

Got some forrests protected by national laws.

It's like asking countries not to cut down rainforrests like amazon etc.

Those countries need to cut for money.

intial part got few points, but most of the later part i feel still a bit narrow in perspective.

i think all and all, solutions have to solve together rather than keep talking on the problems.
