This mantra is printed on cloth from a woodblock preserved at
Wolka Cholung, the meditation hermitage of LamaTsong Khapa in
central Tibet. The mantra was said to have been worn by Lama Atisha
as protection from physical harm.
At the request of the abbot of Wolka Cholung, this particular print
of the mantra has been brought from Tibet and presented to
Kyabje.Zopa Rinpoche.This first edition of the Lama Atisha
Protection Mantra has been printed in accordance with Kyabje Zopa
Rinppoche's holy wish "to benefit sentient beings, especially
people dying".
