Ohh .. but all deities from all religions teaches us to do good
and do no evil, just like the Buddha taught Do no evil, do
good, what so wrong with them praying to difft deities of
difftfent religions?
deities and religions are just labels and names due to our
attachment, can you agree that? So if that is the case, how can
this forum consider Yi Kwan Tao as cult and further banned from
being promoted in this forum?
Buddhism is much more than that, it teaches the cessation of
suffering through non self.
There are practitioners and there are devotees, as there a Guan
Yin in Taoist temples, which creates affinity for non
buddhist.
To the devotee, the deities are real, in the heavens.The average
guy do not understand attachment. Even for a Buddhist, some need to
take lifetimes to understand that.
Yi Kwan Tao is not Buddhism as it does'nt teaches the Dharma
Seal, Four Noble Truth and Eightfold Path.
If I were a layman devotee, I would'nt have known any better,
whoever reaches out to me better, gets my devotion.
