$30,000 Sponsorship for further education?

Hi everyone, I had joined my company for almost 1 year and the company offer me a further study's sponsorship for maximum of $30k. I'm a recent employee and this is my first job, just wanna to know it before i sign the bond's contract. Is $30k really a big amount of sponsorship??

Yes, that's a lot of money, sounds like a 5 year bond to me. Kinda sad if you ask me, first job getting bonded and shit.

sometimes they will squeeze u if they know they forking out extra $30K
means everything else henta kaki
bonus less then other people, promotion slower than other people...
