"《瑜伽师地论》卷七十五摄决择分中菩萨地之四对此种问题有明确开示：

“若以叶纸书似正法及外道论，或先已书，授彼信解众生手中，或劝他与，当知有罪。菩萨唯应劝彼弃舍手中异论，或令书写诸佛圣教，或自欲知彼不坚实，不应开示。”

这是说，如果用纸书写相似法和外道论劝人信受，不论是自己亲自给别人还是劝其他人给，都是违犯菩萨戒的（有罪）。菩萨应该劝人舍弃这些异论（异于正法），用这些纸书写诸佛的正法。"

《观无量寿佛经》里面节录出来的“净业三福”。一、孝养父母。奉事师长。慈心不杀。修十善业。This sutra is from your inherent Buddha Sakyamuni. Di Zhi Dui revealing your happy life of being a good child/person. In fact, all races, and cultural backgrounds including animals, dieties, ghosts, more or less performing Di Zhi Gui, and Buddhism are the expansion of the loving kindness of Di Zhi Gui, and with an added important teachings on "To purify one's mind" - truthfully from knowing oneness in all, and all is oneness.

Which means Di Zi Gui is not complete. 不究竟。I dun think its appropriate for Buddhist to recommend wai dao books to others. For that, I think Jing Kong's sect is wrong. They shouldn't recommend that book Di Zi Gui to others. Especially, Jing Kong dharma master himself. He's a Dharma Master. He should noe better.

where u get the idea? if not complete, than small vehicle dharma is also wai dao外道? the logic is not there. small vehicle dharma also taught by Buddha.

must know, what's the meaning of wai dao 外道?

it mean to seek Truth outside of the mind is external dharma. 心外求法外道.

Di Zi Gui is just a basic foundation of a human; a moral code. same goes for moral precepts(sila) and ten deeds sutra 十善业经. without the root of being a good human, how to practice higher Buddhism? it's like a flower in a vase, there's no root. only look good, but no basic of morality. Buddha did stress on morality.

we cannot judge a book by it's cover. u need to see the content and the meaning. use the mind to think what it represent. ask does it make a person do unwholesome stuff, etc?

Buddha said if u don't first practice the foundation of smaller dharma and straight away practice greater dharma, is like building a second level without the first level. not possible to achieve good result.

DI ZI GUI IS NOT PART OF OF BUDDHISM. PERIOD. AS LONG AS ITS NOT BUDDHISM, ITS WAI DAO. JING KONG DHARMA MASTER IS IN THE WRONG TO RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO GO READ CONFUCIOUS BOOK, AND TAOISM BOOK. HE SHOULD KNOW BETTER, HE'S A DHARMA MASTER.

like that u had also wronged the teacher before him and the teacher before his teacher, 13th pureland patriarch Yin Guang already. 13th pureland patriarch Yin Guang save all his money and printed a whole lot on Daoism book refering to cause and effect examples to teach many people nowaday, saying people nowaday need to know more about cause and effect.

i use the four reliance 四依法 of Buddha. i rely on the meaning.

依义不依语。依智不依识. i think they know better than us. how many years we learn to say they don't know.

Sixth Major Precept On Broadcasting the Faults of the Assembly A disciple of the Buddha must not himself broadcast the misdeeds or infractions of Bodhisattva-clerics or Bodhisattva-laypersons, or of [ordinary] monks and nuns -- nor encourage others to do so. He must not create the causes, conditions, methods, or karma of discussing the offenses of the assembly. As a Buddha's disciple, whenever he hears evil persons, externalists or followers of the Two Vehicles speak of practices contrary to the Dharma or contrary to the precepts within the Buddhist community, he should instruct them with a compassionate mind and lead them to develop wholesome faith in the Mahayana. If instead, he discusses the faults and misdeeds that occur within the assembly, he commits a Parajika offense.

Di Zi Gui is confucious book. Tai Shang Gan Yin Pian is taoism. Confucious books and Taoism books, are those wai dao books? Yes or No? If they are wai dao books, then any Dharma Master shouldn't recommend people to read them, no? Or is it okay for dharma master to do that? If its okay, then the precept which I quoted here, is redundant and/ or outdated? Should be review??

依法揭露、批驳邪见邪说不违佛陀教诲

下述为引用宗舜法师所言：

“由于相似正法非真正法能障正法，对于佛法的破坏，往往难以估量，所以摧灭相似正法，是菩萨应行之正业。《瑜伽师地论》卷第三十六本地分中菩萨地第十五初持瑜伽处真实义品第四云：
四者，菩萨能正除遣所化有情随所生起一切疑惑，护持如来妙正法眼，令得久住。于能隐没如来圣教像似正法，能知、能显、能正除灭，当知是名善入如来密意言义胜利之业。
这就是说，菩萨应该护持正法，使正法久住。要达到这样的目的，必须对于能够隐没遮蔽佛陀正法的相似正法做到以下三点：
第一，能了知，不为邪说迷惑（能知）。
第二，能揭露，不使其迷惑众生（能显）。
第三，能如法摧灭，消除其对佛陀正法的破坏力（能正除灭）。
这是最能善巧契入如来密意、语言、法义的最为殊胜的行为！
爱恚赞毁戒。《瑜伽菩萨戒本》云：
若诸菩萨，安住菩萨净戒律仪，于他人所有染爱心、有嗔恚心，自赞毁他，是名有犯。有所违越，是染违犯。无违犯者，若为摧伏诸恶外道。若为住持如来圣教。若为方便调彼伏彼，广说如前。或欲令其未净信者发生净信，已净信者倍复增长。（第39条）
此戒即明，如果菩萨以贪欲烦恼之心（染爱心）、嗔恨愤怒之心（嗔恚心），赞叹自己，斥责他人，即为违犯。毁，并不完全是指诽谤（毁谤），也有诋毁、詈骂的意思，更有指责，攻击的涵义（可参见《汉语大词典》第6卷1496页的解释）。这一条戒和四重戒的第1条赞己毁他的区别，即在第1条侧重于以不实之辞毁人的诽谤，而第39条侧重于对他人进行斥责、攻击。菩萨斥责乃至攻击他人，而不犯菩萨戒的情况有四种：
第一：为了摧伏邪见外道。
第二：为了维护圣教，住持正法。
第三：为了调伏对方的烦恼，如马尔巴大师之于密勒日巴尊者。
第四：为了令未对佛法生起净信者生起净信，已经生起者净信增长。
可见，斥责的目的、对象，是考察有没有违犯菩萨戒的关键。佛教讲慈悲，但慈悲不是没有原则的调和。不简择内外道的差异的和稀泥，有破失三归依戒体的危险。通俗不是庸俗，平常心更不是平庸心。对于相似菩萨对佛法的破坏，菩萨戒中是十分警惕的。”
作为佛弟子，为维护正法，对于坏正见、灭法眼的内、外道论断的破斥是合乎菩萨戒戒条和菩萨戒精神的。也就是说，不论广说不广说，都不违背菩萨戒。至于要不要广说，那就要看某种邪说的影响范围。菩萨畏因，不等于菩萨怕邪。因果不是拿来吓唬人、不许人开口的。只要持之有据，言之成理，都可以拿出来讲，何尝不是在积集成道资粮呢。如果斤斤计较于个人的得失利害，不以圣教三宝为念，听任邪说横行，根基既毁，大厦何存？！

our school teach math, science, history, geography, literature etc. going by the "logic", all cannot read? even story books? certain things are good is okay to encourage to read.

the 《瑜伽师地论》not wrong, as i stated the meaning of waidao is look within the mind/heart. 外 is 心外的外。if u say falungong, asking u to kill mother/father, folk believe telling u to kill animal for gods, or sucide bombing can go to heaven, then we know that they are truely WAIDAO teaching. 邪见邪说. hence i rely on the meaning. of course if certain deluded "daoism" teach to practice some strange ritual, then i say they are waitao too. rely on the dharma than on the person.

i cannot find the sutta of Buddha saying if the teaching teaches to abandon greed, hatred and folly, then abide it as Proper dharma 正法.

if it's so dogmatic, then down the road no different from some religion, saying all other religions are from satan/devil, only their's are true religion.

Whats the duty, responsibility of a Dharma Master? To teach worldly knowledge or to teach Buddhadharma? What's his duty Jing Kong Dharma Master?

Dun tell me Buddhism, dun have a single sutra, book which cannot handle wat Di Zi Gui handle? So why does a Dharma Master need to resort to use wai dao books 'teaches to abandon greed, hatred and folly...' ?

- Whether Buddhism is a religion or not, its just labels. Some say it is, some say not. Some say its part religion part something. Doesn't matter to me. The crux of the matter is whether it works, whether it could get rid of the pain, whether it could bring us happiness, and wisdom.

- What are u suggesting? That all other religions are true, are 究竟? That Buddhadharma is just like all other religions??
