They will send the DVD to the censorship board for
clearance.
If it is clear they will call you to collect, but must pay a
fee.
If it is porn or offensive material, you will be charged.
Non offensive pirated material they may give chance, and just
confiscate them.
For pirated DVD, so far only those selling are charged, those
who have one or two pieces have not been charged. Usually they go
for the big fish.
