Regarding the criteria for Avici Hell

The 5 cardinal sins is different because the 1st group is Theravada?

Murdering one's father
Murdering one's mother
Killing an Arahant
Shedding the blood of a Buddha
Creating discord within the Sangha

But from Di Zang Sutra:

Murdering or harm parents

Slandering and ridicule Triple Gems, burning sutras

Destroying Buddhist properties, indulging carnal lust at Sangharam, slander bhiksu/bhiksunis

One who pretends to be sramana but cheats believers

Steals properties from Buddhist temples etc.

i know if u owe or steal from Buddhist temples or Buddhist properties, u are not owing to the temple owner only. but u are owing to beings of ALL directions. if that's not grave, i cannot imagine what is.

Destroying Buddhist properties, indulging carnal lust at Sangharam, slander bhiksu/bhiksunis and One who pretends to be sramana but cheats believers, does seem very grave to me and have to go Avici Hell to clear their karma.

oh... coz at 1st what I knw of the criteria is the 1st grouping... but in Di Zang Sutra also states these actions will lead to Avici as well... so I assume it's the total...?
