Just take care of your skin and have a skin thick, like this no insect can attack you, and with a smooth skin, insect will slide down when they land on your skin

Mr Milo SG

but Milo is sticky

will stick to any surface

even 3M lose to Milo

Cockroach are known to eat the thick skin of the sole of you foot while you sleep.

They are quite good leh. No need to file the dead skin off.
