I am doing engineering from SP also.
By any chance are you doing aerospace electronics, or
specialising on this option in your 2nd year ?
If yes,are you interested in taking the Civil Aviation Authority
Singapore(CAAS) basic examination papers ?
Cos after clearing all the basic papers and a few other more
'advanced' paper, you can apply for the SAR-66 license aircraft
engineer license.
I am looking for people to take this examination with me
Also, are you interested in driving boats/yacht?
I am also looking for current SP students to attend the Powered
Pleasure Craft Driving License(PPCDL) course with me. After the
completion of the course, you can apply for the PPCDL Theory and
Practical Examination, which will qualify you to apply for the
PPCDL, enabling you to drive motor boats with SZ/SZH plates.
Captain Ho from the SP Singapore Maritime Academy should most
likely be conducting the course.
Speaking of post diploma education, i hope i will get a chance
to get into local university, maybe i can get a degree. If i can
get a degree, i plan to try to get a masters degree if my brain is
smart enough to do it.
My plan will be to work a few years in the engineering industry,
and after which help out with my father's business(although not
engineering related), or be a part time lecturer(you see how crappy
some lecturers can get)
