Some time ago I went to the Subordinate Court to lodge a
Magistrate's Complaint.
The Magistrate seemed like he was telling me off when he
inquired me about what I think the Respondent's alleged offence is
and how I derived at my conclusions. Then he seemed rather
disinterested in letting me elaborate.
Obviously he dismissed my complaint and so I guess I have no way
to seek redress against the Respondent.
Does anyone ever experience such thing?
Does a Magistrate have the right to behave as if he is some big
shot?
Is he allowed to talk to me as if he is better than
me?
Is there a way for me to complain about him?
