Really sorry to say this, but I think all these 'orchestra'
produced by the 2.0-litre engine is mostly from the exhaust..a
2-litre 4-cylinder in-line usually will never sound great..if you
remove the exhaust pipe from the engine of your dad's Type-R, I bet
the engine still sounds tinny like most other 'normal' 2-litre
4-cylinder in-line engine..a good exhaust pipe is needed to make it
sound nice..those engines that truly sounds nice even without fancy
tailpipes are engines form exoticars like Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo,
Maserati, blah blah blah..
