Kamma is created by one self, so hell is not a physical state,
but a condition one has created thereafter.
I watch the youtube on master chin kong on hell state. the story
was a man once feedbacked to the yama king that it is horrible for
beings punished in hell. then the yama king sent his two hell
messengers and bring the man to hell for him to see it himself.
once they reached hell, all he could see is hell is all empty and
nobody is there.
upon returning to earth, he finally understood that beings in
hell are punished by their own deedsm self created hell and it is
not administered by yama king of hell.
