hmmmmm...
they promote organic food stuff and it happened that they are
selling it.
my sister-in-law and brother is studying there. they study
the 菩提道次第广论, Lam-drön, A Lamp for the Path to
Enlightenment, which was written in Tibet by the great Atisha
(Dipamkara Shrijnana), who was born about the year 982 in northeast
India as the son of a Bengali king.

a every detail step by step path to bodhisattva/Buddha-hood.
yeah, i do notice, she got a bit of this couple of element. but
the selling part i know is there's a shop in the centre, but
it does not have a cashier mending the shop. it's a diy shop.
they let u take the item and pay yourselve.
but nobody dare to take dharma items for free. so they pay.
one thing we can say abt organic food is it's free from
pesticides, ie free from killing beings, when buddhist are eating
vegetarian.
