maybe his past life was a rat and he is taking revenge in this
present life
he will
pay back in his next life cycle (cycle of reincarnation - cause and
effect)
but looking on another angle, he is cutting short of
the life cycle(cats) for them to reincarnate to
the next cycle
i am not approving his acts but just looking at different
perspectives and hope he will be forgiven for his acts and seek
salvation
Cutting short life cycle doesn't mean the cat will be reborn in
higher realms faster.
Animals may have to stay in the realm of animals for a very very
long time, which means many many lifetimes, maybe thousands or
more, depending on individual karma.
