A lot of People thought 4 Noble Truth is so simple
but when Buddha spoke to the 5 bhikkhu of the Sangha after He
attained Enlightenment ,the Four Noble Truth is more sophiscated
than one seen
He said to the five Bhikkhu , Thus is the Truth of Suffering , thus
one have know , thus one should sever ,thus is the Cause of
Suffering , thus one have know , thus one should sever,thus is the
Truth of the End of Suffering , ,thus one have know ,thus one
should sever, thus is the Truth to the cause of end of suffering
,thus have know ,thus one should practise
that is the 3 turnings of the Wheel

Cause of Suffering - the Cause of our Worldly Existence
End of Suffering - the Fruition to Out of the Worldly
Existence
