There are many subforums in sgforums, the creators of these
subforums can designate moderators out of sgforum users.
For example, I create 2 subforum, I can grant you moderator
access. Similarly, you can create a subforum and grant me
moderator.
The forum creator has created some default subforums such as
Chit Chat, Bar, etc and designated FireIce as the moderator.
The forum creator also had given additional roles to FireIce as
a general overseer of all subforums with the additional function
such as "Ban", "Move Thread", "Edit posts"

This forum is owned by me, I appointed my own moderators. They
do not get paid by me.
However, since FireIce had been granted additional role similar
to an administrator, she can go over and moderate as Forum
Administrator.
Administrator holds higher or elevated privileges.
*sigh* I feel old whenever I explain stuff.
Honestly I think the concept is beri easy to understand...
