angel7030 SG No need lah, just dig a hole on the ground, put in all the charcoals, then put a mesh on top, after BBQ, just thow and bury all within , including the trash and chicken bones...or whatever bones
Wiser SG that is begger chicken style.....can find some muds and rubbed all over , must wrap chicken in foil first.then start a small business making these in charcoal burning pit.
