Xprobe SG hey dude, this is not supposed to publicized, no use w/o the permission of a guru, somemore got consequential karma, u r doing a disservice
paperflower SG don't we still need to practice regularly in meditation and insights to the root of ignorance and shine light to wisdom? and how do you measure the importance of words? please shine some light on me. thanks.
coolbluewater SG The Flower Ornament Sutra alphabet? This one ok ler, dun need Guru's initiation or empowerment, unlike specific visualisation practise in the Vajrayana secret vehicle. This is only a general practise which is open to any follower.
bohiruci SG Yes you are right (abt Flower Ornament Sutra Alphabet ) recognising Root Word does not need Guru Initiation I am not going to give instructions on visualisation I am not allowed to do so anyway for practice ,please refer to an qualified Guru on this matter This is just for info posting
Xprobe SG ok, what are the chances of someone who wants to strike 4D, read this post and thought that this is some superduper powerful stuff and then go out and buy an "illegal" book and start visualizing and later go all crazy
bohiruci SG Then wats the purpose Ven Fazhao writes the Heart Sutra in Siddam Script in Buddha tooth relic temple in Chinatown ? Its not possible to have "extraordinary experience " just by visualisation without even proper guidance ... try not to be oversensitive on such thing
bohiruci SG Paperflower bring out a question which i will answer here Will just reciting sutra or reading sutra or even look at root word will gain enlightenment the answer is no becos One have to see one own nature [Buddha Nature] which reciting sutra and reading sutra is only to fuel one on the seek to enlightenment
Xprobe SG hey i know this chap online who spent 45 dollars on a cundi ritual book, then practised non-stop for 7 days and nights, now go around telling people he can travel in light and have superpowers, sigh...
bohiruci SG well he can travel in light and later can get burn fast in avici hell fast ending for those who think can "realise" just by reciting Cundi mantra without proper understanding for Buddhadharma
bohiruci SG We continue with our discussion by looking at Om the First Syllabus of all Mantra ,the invocation Seed word or Root Word the Siddam (Ancient Sanskrit word of OM ) The Tiancheng(Devanagari Script) of the Word OM ,very much akin to the Ancient Hinduistic Script in the Rig Veda The Tibetan script of the Word Om Notes Aum and Om means the Same Root Word Deviantly and on the other area worth noting , a deviant cult movement uses Aum as the name of the Cult ,which launches gas attack on Tokyo Subway the Cult is non other than Aum Shinrikyo May the Sight of the Seed word develop Calm and Equanmity in One's mind and Extinguish 84,000 aeons of Karmic Offenses
bohiruci SG Om is used in Several Mantra For Example . The Avalokiteshvara Heart Mantra Om mani Padme Hum The Heart Sutra Tadyatha Om Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Svaha The Heart Mantra of Medicine Buddha Om Berkandze Berkandze Maha Berkandze Radzha Samudgate Svaha
bohiruci SG The Common Pronounciation of Om mani Padme Hum or Om mani Peme Hung is from the Tibetan linguistic which everyone is accustomed However the Original Sanskrit Verse is not so It is Pronounced as Om mani Pad Me [pronounced Pad de Me ] Hum Which many usually pronounced Peme Whichever pronounciation ,as long as the reciter is sincere ,Avalokiteshvara will give ones blessing ,which there isnt a need to differentiate on the pronounciation difference Shown here is the Siddam Script of 6 Syllable mantra of Avalokiteshvara
