must understand, true is what matter's inside, even if there's no
apparent refuge ritual to show off to people.
if one seek refuge in the Triple Gems by mean of asking a masters
to give you a certificate(physical), but one don't even actualize
the real meaning/practice of Buddhadharma, then your refuge to the
Triple Gems is false.
however the best ideal would be both inside and outside.
