Introductory Buddhism for kids?

Beyond Religion SG

Does anyone know if there are any places giving lessons in Introductory Buddhism for kids? I was thinking of sending my 9-year old for some basic Buddhism classes during this Holiday.

whats wrong?

Stating the obvious, if the ts is so capable, he won't be requesting it.

Cenarious SG

Have you even been to any "basic" buddhism class? It's like a page from buddhanet's beginner's section split into 10 weeks.

Herzog_Zwei SG

If the TS is not buddhist in the beginning? How do you expect him or her to teach the child?

Cenarious SG

He only needs to know how to comprehend a page of text. Or post his queries on some forum like this one.

Cenarious SG

Why doesn't he work on himself first before sending his child to be a guinea pig if thats the case lol
