but most people's weakness is greed.
unfortunately, do i call it fortunate or unfortunate i don't know,
the seller stick with the same agent & perhaps they didn't
wanna jeopardise any buying potential (cos they really need to sell
their house) and not wanting to lose a super good property agent to
market their house for them, so they did what he said.
what do i call this?
if that property agent comes to my house and sell my house and tell
me to keep the altar away, i'd rather lose that agent.
