yeah
that's how i prostrate to buddha in tibetan tradition no matter
which tradition i face (outside & at home). i feel, prostrating
also is a form of "meditation" where the mind doesn't cling onto
the act of bowing nor does the mind wander off to the images of
buddhas or the environment. honestly till date i have not mastered
the authentic bowing in the purest sense which i am still
practicing.
hands clasped raised above head, bring to forehead, to throat, to
the chest, then fall all the way to the floor either on knees with
forehead touching floor or full body lay flat in prostration. -
repeat 3times. hehee.... its a good excercise though.
