sure. i think it also depend on whether the person's mind is
wholesome or not when using the water. if the mind is unwholesome
like in a angry mood, the water would also in spilt second become
ugly.
that said, when we see water as water, ghosts see it as blood for
eg.
now u know why, the things in pureland is beautiful as described in
the PL sutras, as the noble beings there are pure in their mind,
which in return affect the surrounding.
