Your friend left the hp in the toilet. This is considered as littering. This is a crime.

The toilet auntie clean the toilet and pick up the hp. She can chose to throw into the rubbish bag or recycle it. She has done nothing wrong.

Wallet, hp, laptop, tissue paper, umbrella and etc are considered as items. Items that are left unattended, is considered as rubbish. Leaving rubbish behind on the floor, tables are considered as littering.

actually depend on how you see it. like for me although i lost like 100 dollars to doctors selling me amlodipine, this probably awake my awareness on blood pressure. believe it i gainsomething in return. in the past i never have been able to cut down on coffee, now i am able to survive with only a fraction of a teaspoon once in a day early in the morning, with similar amount of sugar. i also added some healthy foods to my daily list of comsumables and the digimatic omron blood pressure monitor comes into good use. to any doctor that says mine meter is not accurate, tell that to omron.

so if you really treasure you hanpdphone and will treat it with care next time when lost it don't come forum crying mother father.

1) Lose NRIC - Call ICA. There is no need to inform police. ICA will give you a few weeks' grace to find your IC. If you cant find it, there goes your $100 for your new IC.

2) Lose Passport - Call ICA. There is no need to inform police. ICA will issue you a new passport. Think its $70.

3) Lose handphone - Call Singtel/Starhub/M1 to temporarily terminate your line and get a replacement SIM card.

4) Lose bicycle - Too bad it happened.

Police only handle cases whereby you get robbed, killed or murdered.
Lose items. Its your carelessness. The only thing you can do it to ask the security officers in your office to search every single staff lor.

i not using iphone. i suing the nokia 1000 series type of hanphone. no camera also. so if i go out with you using this type of handphone you mind? cannot even take a photo of you. but anyway if i take photos better at my home use lot of strobes

ok this is wat i tell u about singapore police.i was in XSir when i am doing my ns.which involve in petroling around airport,jurong island,sambawanwarf and 1 more which i din go.

only airport gt police, guess wat they told me?

if ppl come here make report of small things, normally we will jus write down and take note and leave the job to next shiift. cos they don wan trouble,they jus wan some peaceful time and change shift.

so i ask next shift ppl

they said i will hold the case and wait for next shift.

things goes on and case been forgotten.

only when the owner keep call and ask or wants to complaint then they will get their hands up and work on the case.be it stealing or lost of things. they will not start untill WE fk them. thats how normally handly tis kind of things.unless is muder or accident

what about people who put shoes outside their house and got stolen?

when I lose my army camp pass in 2006 they told me to make police report and pay $50 for a new pass. Never sign extra lah

You are not supposed to put your shoes outside your house. You place outside, its public property, anyone can take it home.

Your camp good lor. Most camps gotta sign extras... but usually no need pay $50. Maybe your RSM likes money more bah. Got give you receipt after you pay $50? If no receipt means er... uhm.... no wonder no need sign extra...

Not true. Otherwise, people who steal bicycles which are park outside of the resident home won't get charged by the police when they are caught
