Gutsy SG Me, quite new to this forum and quite happy to see a good number of ardent badminton followers. Oflate we have this urge to compete in small tournaments and surprisingly managed to win some of them. Inorder to keep this hunger going on, we are looking for some tough and good players/ teams for some friendly and healthy matches. We are a group (8-10) of ardent shuttlers, intermediate players,who had been a regular for the last 8 years or so... We mostly play in the east and central.... If any one out there kindly post me...

Gutsy SG Thank you Ceng. I was sure that someone would definitely take up the challenge and there you are. Our playing hours are - Sun, 8-10 AM Hougang & Sat 7-9 AM Toa Payoh. We would prefer to meet you on a Sunday Morning at Hougang.If you find these timings/days inconvenient please feel free to let me know your preferred timings and weekdays. Please take it as a friendly encounter, a chance to benchmark our standards with one another. Our standards are not that great either we don't have professionals or ex-nationals but ardent lovers of badminton who happened to win few games quite recently. Once we agree on the preferred days/timings we quickly decide on the dates.
ceng SG hey Gutsy, oh, yr place is a bit far for us ..... but do u have one in central so that it will be convenient for both of us to travel.... i think we will play there better as no need to travel to each other place. fyi, we play every sat 9 -11 pm at jurong town council, blk 509, jurong west st 51 / 52. it will also be nice if yr grp can make it on sat evening which we prefer. do let me know again if u r ok with it. we would prefer sat evening after 7pm or sun after 4pm bah..... i am relieved that yr grp does not have professionals or ex-nationals as we do not have too. Awaiting for yr reply....
Gutsy SG Delta house (next to Red Hill MRT) seems to be more central than Woodlands So let us give it a shot there. 2 courts - 3 hours each - 4 teams- 15 point system. Unfortunately we cannot have it this month, so let me come back to you on the possible days in a day or two. Let us target it during 2nd week of March. Meanwhile, please let me know if you are fine with the above..

alwaysdisturbed SG i want to play, but the venue is always quite far. if its gonna be at redhill then it would be good! but then again, all sound so pro. i'm just an amateur leisure player.
