Time moves pretty fast. Speaking of those days, I'm probably the last 20th century kid who still remember everything, before 21st century.

i remember coating our girls shoe shoes with that white coating thingy. Then we use chalk to cover up the blacken marks.

we what, wash our school shoes every week, and wear our one set of uniforms for 1 whole week?

Those white canvas shoes with rubber sole. Stink like hell, must wash every other day. Whitewash with shoe chalk solution. If not take the classroom chalk to cover the dirty spots.

Also a blue solution for the white uniform.

There was some particular pick up points that you can pick up strangers to go into the CBD?

The first western bad word a chinese learn then was 'Fakau' because it was a very new word and couldnt say it right.Still I kena a tight slap from my old man.

Now listening to mp3 on my laptop in the police station, my cubicle area.

Was just reminded of those casette tapes. Those days is a pain to have to dig out the tapes if they got messed up in the car cassette tape player system.

My papa still have some casette tapes from those eras, for playing in his twincab pick up in thailand.

And I purplely bought a fm transmitter to thailand so as to be able to play mp3 thru that fm transmitter into his pick up's casettle tape cum radio player.

Times have really changed!

Talk about cassette, anyone remember the D track? the big cassette that cannot rewind with side A, B, C, D.
