The Environment in Asia Pacific Harbours - Prof Chou Loke Ming
reports "A 3.75m female false killer whale (Pseudorca crassidens),
appeared trapped for a week within Tuas Bay, a large man-made bay,
in January 1994. After refusing attempts to guide it out of the
bay, its carcass was found outside the bay with body injuries."
I dont know whether it was at Tuas or East Coast...But I
remember very clearly it was in 1994 so this should be the one. I
remember the whale was trapped there for a week or so with
newspaper providing daily updates.
Would appreciate if more info is provided.
