Hello, my name is Jillian Lim and I am a Master's student from
the Jack. J. Valenti School of Communication at the University of
Houston and I will be conducting a study titled, "A Cross-Cultural
Comparison and Examination of Workplace Bullying Singapore and the
United States." The purpose of this study is to see how individuals
from Singapore and the United States cope with workplace negative,
hostile or bullying behaviors and how they differ in terms of face
concerns and to measure the level of exposure of bullying in
Singaporeans and American employees.
I would very much appreciate it if you took the time to log on
to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/thesis-workplacebullying to
complete the survey.
All responses will remain anonymous and participation will be
kept confidential and is voluntary. Your participation is crucial
to the completion of my thesis project.
Thank you for your assistance and your kind consideration.
This project has been reviewed by the University of Houston
