In my ex company, my boss gave me freedom, and leeway, but it
was too much of it, although it was kinda cool for awhile, it began
to bog my work down, because there is no clear line drawn to my
workscope, so in the end I could be tasked to do anything, and
everything.
Now, I'm in another company, my boss is the most farked up
person you could think of, depending on his mood, he might take it
out on ya, cancel your off and blah blah blah. But then, my work is
drawn in clear bold line, if it ain't your job, he won't look for
ya. So its kinda good too.
Too much of a good thing is always a bad thing.
My current AngMo boss is the best ever....pays well too ! The
only thing bad about my job is too much OT....still its much better
than my previous job....
