feel important.

Such as today, got fax and I bring put on my boss
table and my boss don't know why never read properly or what, throw
the fax among other letters for me to put into file. Then customer
called to complain why never attend to the fax and my boss
look into file and say never see that fax before and blaming game
start, badmouth me to the customer and I overheard the customer
said something like ,' wow, then this Secretary ......(can't catch
what the customer said')
Meaning the customer must have heard well fabricated stories
from my boss.
