Should I resign from my job?

I worked till late from Mondays to Fridays, sometimes come back to work on weekends.

My boss and colleagues are nice, but there are simply a lot of work which I cant finish during office hours. after I reach home, I am so tired that I dun feel like doing anything else.

Should I resign from work immediately?

Usually if I got something on, I would leave on the dot, heck care the work.

Why do today what you can do tomorrow.

but if there is nothing, I usually stay back and try and finish some work so that the next day would be a little easier.

After a while you should get a hang of it, and take work in your stride.

But if you really hate your work, then start looking for a new job, and then give one months notice.

When you have a job, it is easier to get another job. When you have no job, jobs just elude you.

if workload too much u can feedback to ur head
if up there bother to do something abt it, it's worth staying in the co.
if they think it's ur problem, then u can consider chg job (if it's not too difficult for u and other jobs can meet ur expectations)

A few issues to consider...

- Your pay vs what you can get.

- What you want in life. Some people prefer time over money, like me, I rather take $1k having freedom of life than $8k working 5 days a week.

- Changing job doesn't mean a better environment, could be worse.

....ur not organised

....ur still doing yesterday's job

....ur taking 2 much breaks in between

....ur sitting on ur current work

if its coz u given 2 much job (4 d day) ......

.....talk 2 ur boz (since u say he's a nice fellow)

.....ask other colleagues 2 help out

.....ask 4 an assistance

if ur tinking abt resigning .....

....go ahead (if there's a better job waiting)

....stamp ur feet n get $15K / mth salary

if you are happy u stay .If not resigned. Dun think abt it so much . Work smart to earn more money.
