Just want to rant it out.
Been with my current company for 2 years plus.
Since day 1, I have been tolerating my CMI boss (female). She
made my everyday workday miserable.
I have never truly been happy for the past 2 years plus. I am
only temporary 'happy' when she is not in office, Once she is in
office, she will 'find things to do', intercom me to her room and
reprimand me for whatever things that are not pleasant to her.
Until I can't tolerate anymore, recently I have been standing up
for myself whenever I sense that she is trying to shift whatever
blame on me AGAIN.
And she accused me openly infront of my colleague with things I
have not done and I raised my voice at her.
Yesterday, when she intercom me to her room and start her
nonsense AGAIN, I rushed out of her room as I can't stand her
reprimanding.
Then she started telling her 'story' to other bosses about me
raising my voice at her and rushing out of her room.
Luckily, I have been actively sending out my resume and have
another new job waiting for me. I have tendered my resignation.
I can't help but feel so down, weeping in office more than 3
times yesterday.
It was after office hour and as I want to wait to meet up with
my friend at 8 pm, I stayed in office rather than roaming at
shopping malls.
I still can hear that nasty boss of mine talking on the phone to
her friend relating how I raise my voice at her, saying I am
hysterical.
I feel like going to her room and talk some sense out of her.
But well, I tell myself, I have tendered already, take it easy.
I wept when I was taking the bus, thinking how a person can be
so nasty, shifting blame and telling stories to turn the table
around. Getting other colleagues to support her.
I have shared my unhappiness with my colleague but noone seem to
really understand the misery I am going through.
I wonder, anyone has a ridiculous boss and experience to
share?
