I got a colleague who is a control freak. He
often thinks that whatever he do is the right thing and
whatever I do is the wrong thing. We worked together for almost 2
years and he has always been making me feel quite
uncomfortable.
There was an incident whereby we were assigned a project task,
during that period, he took leave for a week and went for
holiday and thrown everything to the group. After his return, we
continued the project and he became bossy asking us to do this and
that. He keep telling us to do some unreasonable stuffs and
this thing has been getting on my nerves for quite some times.
I am trying hard to control my anger as I do not want this thing
turns ugly. I tried telling him I am feeling uncomfortable, he
adknowledged it but still he continues to be his control freak. I
think that I really couldnt stand him much longer, please help.
