It is a human right and labor law violation... All work
environment must provide clean and accessible
sanitation. No companies
can discouraging employees for going to the toliet.
Also you have to take into account how many hours have the
"workers" worked. If worker smoke in the toilet you can always put
a smoke detector and no smoking sign.
Managing people is not about take them like animal or
children. Is to treat them like adult and encourage
them to behave like one.
Just considered if the workers/employees complaint to UN NGO
watch dog your factories or company name will be listed
internationally. No international customers will want to do
business with a company that repressed its employees for human
right or labor law violation.
In this days and age anybody can upload stuff on internet think
twice.....that is why i said the Management need to be FIRED!!!
