don't be afraid of them. but also don't be too hostile and
always avoiding them. whatever things they do to you, treat them
back lovingly. like buy gifts such as food, biscuits, coffee in the
pantry. also make sure they don't advantage of you. be a team
player, show them you can learn even you make mistakes and it seems

they love you so much that they care to gossip and watch you so

usually they are like beast, they feel safety and prefer to live
in a pack. in a group they will feel no one can buly them but they
can bully people, with words. bosses also usually like it this way

traget problems at bosses.
buy them food and treats ? i mean will that boost their ego or
make them feel better. i never know since my childhood that you
