Say after working in a company for 2 years and you never get any
increment. For eg, you started with a salary of 1.7k. After 2 years
you did not get any increment so your pay is still 1.7k.
Do you think it is time for you to find a new job?
If the interviewer ask you why you want to leave your current
company, you say that you wanted to look for better prospects
because you are still getting the same salary after 2 years, do you
think this is a good reason to give?
What if the interviewer ask is it because you are lously that is
why after 2 years you did not get any pay increment? Than how to
answer?
Friend, don't ever think of switching job, now market still
haven't stable yet and you want resign? Alot of people is jobless
outside and waiting for any job, if you left, there's plenty of
people will replace your position, think about it:) If you really
want switch job, i advise you after 2-3years time, let the time
settle the crisis of downturn first.
