the old joke... a company needs to do a project and puts out a
tender...
the Polish fellas put in a $30m bid, the UK fellas put in a $40m
bid and the Israelis put in a $90m bid..
when called in, the Poles said that they factored in $12m for
materials, $17m for labour and $1m for the margin
the Brits said they've factored in $13m for the materials, $7m
for insurance, $18m for labour and $2m for the margin..
the Israelis said their formula is simple... $30m for them, $30m
for the company's representative and $30m for the Poles to do the
job
