FirePig SG luckily my bonus at end of year is minimum one month salary (aka 13th month) and will be even higher if your performance is good.
cherrycola SG If the reason they are not giving you bonus is because the company is not doing well, if possible, stay with the company to show your loyalty and help to tide over this period.If you company is a good one, it will appreciate your gesture!
