Would like to know, how would you all feel if your colleague
flip or read through all your docs when you are on leave. He
even searched my cupboard and tray, some of my colleagues told me
after back to office.
However, my manager ever said, he will be covering my duties
when i'm not around and i have to inform of any outstanding matters
but when was on leave, there were no outstanding issues at all.
By covering my duties, does it mean he can search my cupboard,
tray, other stuff or etc.. which he knows where to find
docs when needed. Moreover, he wasn't assisting me in
anything during my absence but mainly digging my docs to read.
I find this person has no respect at all..
would u like him go call during your leave u everytime he intend to
read through the docs u got?
