it's not how well ur CV is written that gets you the job..
sometimes it's ur credentials that gets you the job...
but most of the time it's ur asking pay that gets you the
job...
well, the cv's help open the door for you to get a foot in.
what/how you do after that is what you make the most of the
opportunity.
for 2 equally well-qualified person and 1 with a poorly written
cv, the other guy will be the one getting the call for the
interview.
hence, cv is important in that sense.
