before i step into the concrete jungle, i told myself i will
never get a routine 8.30 to 6 job.
now that i have started working i kinda regretted that decision.
right now my job require me to be in 24/7 standby after office
hours, must come back to work if the need to, even on
weekends.
sometimes there are also late night jobs can only be done after 12
midnight.
it make me think that a routine 8.30 to 6 job is not bad after all.
at least one can be sure he won't be disturb after office hours and
one can definitely get the weekends to oneself.
what about you guys/girls? what are your thoughts?
routine job no OT leh n still expect u to work xtra hours... but
ya 24/7 operations environment is not gd on long run... so work a
1-2yr then go back to normal hours lo... weekend burn is
hell... gordy is IT engineer?
