i made the choice to sign with this company.

Even before knowing how they work, how the people work, i quit.

I may be going for a 100, 200 dollars incentive. but for that mere sum of money, u damage your own opinion of others.

In future, if u go to apply for another job, and suay suay, ur prospective job interviewer is ur colleague frm this company. how embarrassed will u be?.

I made the choice. I live with my choice. I give myself the chance, i shall take up the chance, at least i tried. U may not noe, this job may last u til u retire, as u like the company way of rewarding their employees and the way they operate?.

i have one colleague who signed the letter of offer from another company..

then she resigned but told boss that she wana come back..

so she started work there for one week liao, she tender.. then within one mth, she's back to my company. Laughing

nice pt but i think it also works two ways ba.
who knows maybe the current company is actually a hellhole then you have passed up a chance to join the other company already.

if the new co offers u abt $500 more, go.

if the difference is not that much, then i think it's better to stay in a co with more opportunities.

or rather.. like wat my bosses tell me, join a co that will make ur resume look good.

i have since resigned from the old company and signed with the "better offer" and is going to start work next week!

anyway resigning is also a piece of knowledge man, somehow it gives me the feeling of ORDing from army. need to go to various offices and departments to sign clearance also one. haha

any others who have the experience of tendering resignation? what procedures do you have to go through?

Once I quit after 3 days. I said their OSHA is pathetic as my reason. They paid me for the 3 days also Laughing

Since it was a very big company like an octopus, I had to take extra care where I work from now on. Crying or Very sad

i also. since i resigned in less than a week i think it would be very hard for me to join back the company in the future.

somemore because my ex-company outsource their services to my new company and now i jump ship over to the new company i wonder what would happen if i ever meet any of my ex-colleagues Confused
