ya some of them highly educated but in the end duno how to work
efficiently.
my boss was a local scholar serving in the civil service. but he
was damn smart, work-efficient, as in very good in critical
thinking skills. He beat those overseas master degree scholar hands
down, and in the end, his promotion was supercede most of the
overseas scholar. The overseas scholar only delegate, sit down,
shake leg, play golf.
Qualifications are important only for the interview part. After
that, ur promotion depends on ur working skills, and ur ability to
solve problems.
And last of all, must be able to bullshit in a humble way lah.
