for real i offer my help to them when they need it, and when i
can spare the time.
need not be alot of time spent to listen to problems, render a bit
of advice, share knowledge, even to help prepare simple
presentations.
in turn my colleagues help me out when im having a hard time or
when they have experience in doing the kind of project im
doing.
