Coz, end of the day, watever path my boss choose to take , it will sure get to the goal 1... but the only difference is how much effort , how much time... Wat I can do ,hah??? Be a team player lor... try to help as much as I can ... I have no issues on decisions tat I cant make...

its not my company and its not my issue. I am paid to work and strategy is not my business. That's why bosses are paid a lot more compensation and work a lot less so that they can think of strategy. People below is just to execute it.

I did try, and I've quickly learnt that only tell boss what he wants to hear.

Even if I'm right, and he's wrong, dun tell him the truth if it's not what he wants to hear...just shaddap.
