i don't get it. u are asking what is the longest period one
waited to start work after being hired?
i don't understand why one have to "wait" to start work. if u are
currently unemployed, most companies will of course want u to start
work as soon as possible. why would they make u wait to start
work?
unless u are saying if u get the new job while u are still in your
current company and therefore resigned. in this case u must give a
one month notice before u can go. meaning to say if u want to
resign on this date, u must inform the company 1 month in
advance.
so to say, the fastest u can start work at the new company is 1
month later.
