browniebaobao SG pay raise more than i expected. but bonus and staff welfare not as generous as other companies. the thing is.. the top mgt..they like to do things their way.. and sometimes there's conflicts... make us ka kias very stressed...and they always focus on the tiny weenie things that are not necessary.. and always like to use their authority to 'teh si lang', if u get what i mean... machiam no human rights in the co.
