Farmerseed SG There are really 2 grades of job. The rank and file means your job only requires and pays u up to 5p.m. on top of that OT chargeable. As you go up higher you will know that staying back after the knock-off hours does not mean that you are trying to be hardworking or do not have a life. It simply means more leeway for you to manage your time and put in that extra hours when you have to organize or get things done. As such you have ample reason to go late for lunch and knock off later or on time. But as usual getting to work on the dot is a norm and should be observed. So you guys knoe who you are and what you should to want to be. I am just glad my first 2 jobs were rank and file, my last and present is flexi when to knock off so i can plan my own time.

Farmerseed SG also must see what time the manager leave comapny last nte. if they leave late of course they can come late lah. also next time when want to complain people come back for lunch late must see the time people leave for lunch mah.

Wanda SG It's ok what...boss is working late, coz he's waiting for the CBD/ERP hours to be over, so that he won't have to pay while driving home. It's also the reason why he comes to work early.
Farmerseed SG No lah actually many people drive car but there are those who really can afford it and all the extra expenses the car somes with but there are those who really everymonth strglle hard to save so as to pay off the instalment only. after all how do you get to buy a car? got money can but already what

798 SG i think me is the only one who left office at normal hours. i agree wif u on the 10 reasons! works r never finish n humans r not robots! i dun mind putting my commitment if they pay me more than 3K. but wif salary at 2.5K? it's disturbing thought dat most of pple work OT everyday (even come back on sat n sun). me going to print that sheet out n paste on my desk!
