Manager433 SG If u r working in a GLC, dun expect fat fat bonus. Most companies gives out annual bonus based on employee's appraisal. So your bonus will be base on your rating you gets. AWS (13th month) is fixed on one month or your monthly salary. My bonus payout ( last month ) ish 1.* X monthly salary + another S$*00. Annual increment ish this month ( also base on appraisal rating ).

Manager433 SG . Bet you didnt know tat when I first join the work force ( rite after I ROD in 1994 ) my annual increment ish only 50 per year. And that is for NTC/ITC holder. For Dip holder ish 100 per year. Lucky they implemented this appraisal thingy.
BufPuf SG my boss evaluating me mah....still got 1 more MD but he can make the call..coz i already wanted to quit liao......the amt he give me already consider quite good le..but fog-shu say dun give up a fight before dying..so i tell him i wanted more... maybe becoz the company going for getaway that day..so he also holiday mood..anything anything... mine is increment upon confirmation...came a bit earlier..coz i am contract to perm after 1 year..but 3 months later than change me to perm le..
