In that case, it means I'm usually dressed in smart casual,
although I always have a jacket in my office. I used to wear
jackets and suits but the dress code here tend to be more casual,
so I follow suit...don't want to be too outstanding. 
On Fridays, one can see even more casual dressing ..jeans and
t-shirts are common...i think the casual friday is a self-declared
one.
